GRMHomeo collects clinical intake details, chief symptoms, medical history, past prescriptions, and consultation notes strictly for the purpose of accurate constitutional homeopathic evaluation by Dr. Manjusha Rani (B.H.M.S).
2. Telemedicine Data Security
All patient profiles, digital prescriptions, and video consult recordings adhere to the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW) and Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. Medical data is never sold, shared, or exposed to third parties.
3. Digital Payment Gateway Security
All digital transactions are processed with 256-bit bank-grade encryption (UPI, Cards, NetBanking). GRMHomeo does not store card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs on its servers.
4. Digital Prescription Storage & Privacy
Digital prescriptions and case records are encrypted and securely stored in your private patient portal. Only you and your treating physician have access to your clinical history and documents.
