1. Nature of Homeopathic Telemedicine
Consultations provided on GRMHomeo represent individualized classical homeopathic clinical care conducted by Dr. Manjusha Rani (B.H.M.S, Patna). Telehealth sessions are conducted via video, phone, or secure chat in accordance with National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH) norms.
2. Emergency Medical Situations
Telemedicine is not designed for acute life-threatening medical emergencies (e.g. severe trauma, chest pain, acute respiratory collapse, or severe poison ingestion). In such scenarios, patients must immediately contact emergency ambulance services (108/112 in India) or report to the nearest hospital casualty ward.
3. Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellation
Patients may reschedule an upcoming consultation up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled slot via their dashboard or WhatsApp support. If a doctor is unavailable due to an emergency, the full consultation fee will be refunded or transferred to an immediate priority slot.
4. Medicine Dispensation & Dispatch
Custom constitutional homeopathic formulations are prepared with high-grade lactose/cane-sugar globules and medicated under strict sterile clinical standards. Dispatch tracking numbers from India Post or BlueDart will be issued within 24 hours of prescription finalization.
5. Jurisdiction & Compliance
All agreements and patient disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Patna, Bihar.
